SEATING PROFILES maintains a fully equipped facility to address equipment repair, maintenance and adjustment. SEATING PROFILES repair department strives to provide prompt, comprehensive and reliable repair service.
SEATING PROFILES is proud to offer manufacturer’s authorized repair service on all equipment it provides.
SEATING PROFILES' repair personnel are trained and experienced in order to competently diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment. In addition, repair personnel regularly update their training by attending repair and maintenance seminars sponsored by equipment manufacturers.
SEATING PROFILES' repair department policy is to use original manufacture parts when available. In some cases after market parts may be available at a lesser price. If you wish Seating Profiles to quote after market parts for your repair please discuss your desire with the technician at the time your repair evaluation is performed.
SEATING PROFILES provides repair evaluations conducted at Seating profiles
office without charge. In the event a client wishes to have a repair evaluation
performed at home or at some location outside of our normal service facilities
special arrangements may be possible, but are subject to an out of office
repair evaluation charge of $70.00.
If a client wishes to have equipment picked up and returned following a repair evaluation or repair service there is a pickup and return charge of $90.00.
